Dissolved Air Flotation Maintenance: Matters Needing Attention
1.
Before operation, the operator must read this instruction book carefully, and understand the working principle of equipment.

2.
The main power must be cut off during installation, maintenance and troubleshooting.

3.
To prevent faults and damages in working, all equipment in this system should be checked and maintained regularly.

4.
Please press the “Emergency Stop” button to stop the system if some emergency happens.

Dissolved Air Flotation Maintenance:
1.
Add lubrication oil/grease to speed reducer and air compressors regularly.

2.
Bearings with housing should be greased every 3 months

3.
Whole DAF system should be maintained 1 time per year.
During maintenance, the machine should be stopped, check the dirt/fouling in pipes and clean them.

4.
If the DAF machine needs to be stopped for a long time, please clean the DAF with clean water and empty it.
